We will be producing a four-color, 8.5 x 11, bi-lingual program book that will contain the schedule, information about the speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisements and distributing to all attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. Participants find the program book essential in planning their time at the conference and most will take it back to their office for future reference. Want your add in both Chinese and English? Translation/design services are available for a nominal fee. Ad orders will be taken through September 11 and final artwork must be submitted by September 15, 2017.

Terms & Conditions

1) Payment. The ad cost is non-refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, in the event of the cancellation of the ad by advertiser. Payment in full of the ad cost shall be due within 15 days of the date of an invoice from Kesselman-Jones. In no event shall an ad be permitted to run in the Conference Program Guide unless the Ad Cost is paid in full by September 11, 2017.

2) Ad Placement. Advertising space is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis. Ads will be placed at the discretion of the ICEA Program Book Editor. Advertising positioning/placement requests will be accepted but cannot be guaranteed.

3)  Content. The conference organizers reserve the right to reject any advertisements. Advertising that simulates editorial content will be clearly marked “advertisement.” The advertising organization warrants that they have permission to use all images (logos, photos, marks, etc.) featured in their ad.

4) Liability. Advertisers and their agents agree to indemnify and protect the conference organizers from all claims, actions, or expenses arising from advertising placed in the Conference Program Book. The conference organizers shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement.

5) Deadlines. Deadlines for submission of order forms, required electronic ads, and payments must be observed.

6) Commissions. No agency discount is allowed. The conference organizers will hold both the advertiser and the agency liable for all payments due. Payment by the advertiser to the agency does not constitute payment to the conference organizers.
